In 1954 Clay Cantwell, a native of the Branson area, established his law practice in Branson which has evolved into the present firm of Cantwell, Smith, Trokey & Fletcher, LLP. The firm maintains a general practice in Southwest Missouri that is evenly divided between litigation and office practice. For many years the firm has achieved and maintained the highest rating from Martindale Hubbell. Members of the firm strive to be active members of the community though civic organizations, local charitable organizations and the Chamber of Commerce.
